jeeetbuzz Terms and Conditions

1 General Rules

jeeetbuzz is an online betting and casino platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be resolved within the relevant legal framework.

Access to and use of the jeeetbuzz platform is granted only to those individuals who fully agree to comply with these Terms. Even if a user uses the platform without reading or understanding these Terms, they remain bound by this agreement.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. jeeetbuzz reserves the right to change or update the terms of service at any time, and continued use after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and play on the jeeetbuzz platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate as proof of age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Single Account Rule

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, address, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings being forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. The name, mobile number, and payment method details used during registration must all belong to the same person. If any discrepancy is found during the verification process, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your jeeetbuzz account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out on the account. Change your password regularly and use a strong password to keep your account secure.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the jeeetbuzz platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposited amounts should appear in your account immediately; if there is any delay, please notify the support team.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawals.

• Withdrawal requests may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.
• Large withdrawals may take additional time if identity verification has not been completed.
• Sufficient balance in the account is required at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered 20 times. A specific time limit is given to meet the wagering requirement; if the requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may take advantage of a promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• jeeetbuzz reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The jeeetbuzz platform offers various gaming options including cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and more. Detailed rules specific to each game category apply.

General Betting Terms

• A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jeeetbuzz reserves the right to recalculate at the correct odds.
• In the event of an event cancellation or change of result, jeeetbuzz will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Maximum bet limits are set per game and market and are subject to change.

Technical Issues

If any bet or game session is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, server issue, or game error, jeeetbuzz will settle from the last recorded state of that session. jeeetbuzz is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeetbuzz platform, and if detected, may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or illegal means.
• Operating games using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Accessing another user's account or account sharing.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Managing an account on behalf of another person or proxy betting.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

jeeetbuzz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

User's Right to Close Their Own Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements, the balance remaining in your account may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Fate of Funds Upon Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any unearned bonuses are fully forfeited. Legitimately earned real funds will be considered separately and may be returned after investigation.
